• 앱은 회원가입과 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 계정 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.The App requires no account and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• 기기의 음악 파일과 가사 파일은 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다. 개발사 서버로 업로드되지 않으며, 개발사는 별도의 이용자 정보 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.Your music and lyrics files never leave your device. They are not uploaded to us, and we do not operate any server that stores user data.
• 앱은 배너 광고로 운영되며, 광고 제공을 위해 광고 파트너가 광고 식별자와 기기·네트워크 정보를 처리합니다.The App is supported by banner ads. To serve them, our advertising partner processes your advertising identifier along with device and network information.

개발사는 다음 정보를 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. We do not collect or store the following on any server:

3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보Information stored only on your device

아래 정보는 앱이 정상 동작하기 위해 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. The following is kept only in your device's local storage so the App can work, and is never transmitted:

• 음악 목록 색인 — 곡 제목, 아티스트, 앨범, 재생 시간, 파일 경로A music index — track title, artist, album, duration, and file path
• 재생 상태 — 최근 재생 목록, 대기열, 마지막 곡과 재생 위치, 셔플·반복 설정Playback state — recently played, queue, last track and position, shuffle and repeat settings

• 직접 입력하거나 수정한 가사, 가사 검색용으로 따로 지정한 제목·아티스트명Lyrics you typed or edited, and any title or artist you set specifically for lyrics search
• 가사 캐시 — 온라인에서 가져온 가사를 다시 내려받지 않기 위한 앱 전용 저장소 캐시A lyrics cache — lyrics fetched online are cached in app-private storage to avoid refetching

기기의 파일이나 설정을 변경하는 기능Features that change files or settings on your device

아래 기능은 이용자가 직접 실행할 때만 동작하며, 실행 전 Android 시스템이 별도의 확인 화면을 표시합니다. 변경은 모두 기기 안에서만 이루어지고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. The features below run only when you trigger them, and Android shows its own confirmation screen first. Every change happens on your device alone and is never transmitted.

• 곡 정보 수정 — 이용자가 수정한 제목, 아티스트, 썸네일을 해당 음악 파일에 저장합니다. 시스템이 파일 변경 허용을 묻고, 허용하지 않으면 앱 안에서만 보이는 표시로 대체합니다.Edit track info — saves the title, artist, or thumbnail you entered into the music file itself. The system asks permission to modify the file; if you decline, the change is kept as an in-app overlay instead.
• 벨소리 설정 — 선택한 곡을 기기의 기본 벨소리로 지정합니다. 시스템의 ‘설정 변경 허용’이 필요합니다.Set as ringtone — sets the chosen track as your device's default ringtone. Requires Android's “Modify system settings” permission.
• 곡 삭제 — 선택한 음악 파일을 기기에서 영구 삭제합니다. 시스템이 삭제 확인을 묻고, 실제 삭제는 시스템이 수행합니다.Delete track — permanently removes the music file from your device. The system asks you to confirm and performs the deletion itself.
• 배터리 사용량 제한 해제 — 장시간 재생이 중단되지 않도록 시스템 설정 화면을 열어 안내만 합니다. 앱이 직접 변경하지 않습니다.Battery usage limit — only opens the system settings screen so long playback is not force-stopped. The App does not change the setting itself.

4. 광고를 통해 처리되는 정보Information processed for advertising

앱은 무료로 제공되며 화면 일부에 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 전면 광고, 앱 시작 광고, 보상형 광고는 사용하지 않습니다. 광고는 AppLovin MAX를 통해 제공되며, 광고 요청 시 AppLovin 및 연결된 광고 네트워크가 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. The App is free and shows banner ads in parts of the interface. We do not use interstitial, app-open, or rewarded ads. Ads are delivered through AppLovin MAX. When an ad is requested, AppLovin and its mediated ad networks may process:

이 정보는 광고 게재, 광고 빈도 조절, 부정 클릭 방지, 광고 성과 측정을 위해 사용됩니다. 개발사는 이 정보를 직접 수집하거나 별도로 보관하지 않으며, 집계된 광고 성과 통계만 AppLovin 대시보드를 통해 확인합니다. This is used to serve ads, control ad frequency, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance. We do not collect or separately store this data ourselves; we only see aggregated performance statistics in the AppLovin dashboard.

5. 온라인 가사 검색Online lyrics lookup

앱은 음원에 내장된 가사와 기기의 LRC·TXT 파일을 먼저 찾습니다. 그래도 가사를 찾지 못했고 이용자가 온라인 검색을 사용하는 경우에만, 곡 제목과 아티스트명 등 검색에 필요한 최소한의 정보가 가사 제공처로 전송됩니다. The App first looks for lyrics embedded in the audio file and for matching .lrc or .txt files on your device. Only if none are found and you use online lookup does the App send the minimum information needed to search — such as the track title and artist name — to the lyrics provider.

• 음악 파일 자체는 전송되지 않습니다.The audio file itself is never sent.
• 광고 식별자나 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보는 함께 전송하지 않습니다.No advertising identifier or user-identifying information is sent with the query.
• 전송 과정에서 제공처는 접속 IP 주소를 확인할 수 있습니다.As with any network request, the provider can see the IP address of the connection.
• 가져온 가사는 앱 전용 저장소에 캐시되며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.Retrieved lyrics are cached in app-private storage and removed when the App is uninstalled.

6. 앱이 사용하는 권한Permissions the App uses

권한은 해당 기능을 사용할 때 필요한 범위에서만 요청합니다. 권한을 허용하지 않아도 관련 기능을 제외한 나머지 기능은 사용할 수 있습니다. Permissions are requested only to the extent a feature needs them. If you decline a permission, the rest of the App still works without that feature.

7. 제3자 제공과 국외 이전Third parties and international transfers

개발사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고 및 앱 동작에 필요한 아래 사업자 외에는 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties other than the providers below, which are necessary for the App to function.

8. 보유 기간과 삭제Retention and deletion

• 기기 내 정보 — 앱을 사용하는 동안 기기에 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 앱 설정에서 가사 캐시와 최근 재생 기록을 직접 지울 수도 있습니다.On-device data — kept while you use the App and removed when you uninstall it. You can also clear the lyrics cache and recently played history from the App's settings.
• 광고 관련 정보 — 광고 파트너가 각자의 개인정보처리방침과 보관 정책에 따라 보유합니다. 개발사는 이 정보를 별도로 보유하지 않습니다.Advertising data — retained by our advertising partners under their own privacy and retention policies. We do not retain it separately.

• 광고 식별자를 제한해도 앱은 계속 사용할 수 있으며, 다만 표시되는 광고가 이용자와 덜 관련 있는 내용일 수 있습니다.Limiting it does not stop you from using the App — ads will simply be less relevant to you.

동의 철회Withdrawing consent

사전 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱 설정의 개인정보 관련 항목에서 언제든지 맞춤형 광고 동의를 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. In regions where prior consent is required, you can change or withdraw your consent for personalized advertising at any time from the privacy option in the App's Settings.

법령에 따른 권리Rights under applicable law

거주 지역의 법령(대한민국 개인정보 보호법, EU GDPR, 미국 캘리포니아 CCPA/CPRA 등)에 따라 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 이전 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 계정을 만들지 않으므로 개발사가 보유한 이용자 정보가 없으나, 광고 파트너가 처리하는 정보에 대한 요청은 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시면 처리 절차를 안내해 드립니다. Depending on where you live (for example under Korea's PIPA, the EU GDPR, or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. Because the App creates no identifiable account, we hold no user records ourselves — but if your request concerns data processed by our advertising partners, contact us at the address below and we will explain how to proceed.

10. 아동의 개인정보Children's privacy

앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만(대한민국) 또는 만 13세 미만(미국 COPPA 등 해당 지역)의 아동으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 해당 아동의 정보가 수집되었음을 확인한 경우 지체 없이 삭제 조치를 취합니다. 보호자께서 이러한 사실을 알게 된 경우 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (Korea) or under 13 (where COPPA or similar rules apply). If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who become aware of this should contact us at the address below.

11. 보안Security

• 앱의 설정과 캐시는 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없는 앱 전용 저장 영역에 보관합니다.App settings and caches are kept in app-private storage that other apps cannot read.
• 광고 및 가사 검색 등 외부 통신은 암호화된 HTTPS 연결을 사용합니다.External requests, including ads and lyrics lookup, use encrypted HTTPS connections.
• 개발사는 이용자 정보를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않으므로, 서버 유출로 인한 개인정보 노출 위험이 없습니다.We operate no server that stores user data, so there is no risk of exposure through a breach of our systems.

12. 방침의 변경Changes to this policy

법령 변경, 기능 추가, 광고 또는 연동 서비스 변경에 따라 이 방침이 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지의 내용과 최종 수정일을 갱신하며, 이용자 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 앱 내 공지 등 적절한 방법으로 사전에 안내합니다. We may update this policy when laws change or when we add features or change our advertising and integrated services. We will update this page and its "last updated" date; for changes that materially affect your rights, we will give advance notice through an appropriate channel such as an in-app notice.
