• 앱은 회원가입과 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 학교 등 계정 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.The App requires no account and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or school.

3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보Information stored only on your device

아래 정보는 앱이 동작하기 위해 기기 내부의 앱 전용 저장소에만 보관되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. The following is kept only in the App's private storage on your device so the App can work, and is never sent anywhere.

4. 광고를 통해 처리되는 정보Information processed for advertising

앱은 무료로 제공되며 화면 아래 배너 광고, 앱을 열 때의 광고, 이용자가 선택해서 보는 보상형 광고(전체 분석 시작)를 표시합니다. 광고는 AppLovin MAX를 통해 제공되며, 광고 요청 시 AppLovin 및 연결된 광고 네트워크가 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. The App is free and shows a bottom banner ad, an ad when the App is opened, and an optional rewarded ad (to start full analysis). Ads are served through AppLovin MAX, and when an ad is requested AppLovin and its connected ad networks may process the following.

• 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFV 등)Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFV, etc.)

이 정보는 광고 게재, 광고 빈도 조절, 부정 클릭 방지, 광고 성과 측정에 쓰입니다. 개발사는 이 정보를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않으며, 집계된 광고 성과 통계만 AppLovin 대시보드에서 확인합니다. iOS 앱은 앱 추적 허용(ATT)을 요청하지 않으므로 IDFA를 사용하지 않습니다. This information is used to deliver ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, and measure performance. We do not collect or keep it ourselves and only see aggregated statistics in the AppLovin dashboard. The iOS App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and therefore does not use the IDFA.

5. QR 음원 내려받기와 분석 모델QR downloads and the analysis model

• QR 음원 — 이용자가 교재의 QR을 찍으면 QR에 적힌 주소(출판사 서버)에서 음원을 내려받습니다. 이때 출판사 서버는 일반적인 웹 접속과 같이 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 받을 수 있습니다. 개발사는 이 과정에 관여하지 않습니다.QR audio — when you scan a textbook QR code, the App downloads the audio from the address in the code (the publisher's server). Like any web request, that server may receive connection details such as your IP address. We are not involved in this exchange.
• QR 스캔 — Android에서는 Google Play 서비스의 코드 스캐너를 사용하며, 카메라 화면은 앱에 전달되지 않고 인식된 주소만 전달됩니다. iOS에서는 기기 카메라로 QR만 인식하며 사진을 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.QR scanning — on Android the App uses the Google Play services code scanner, which passes only the decoded address to the App, never the camera image. On iOS the camera is used only to read the QR code; no images are saved or sent.

6. 앱이 사용하는 권한Permissions the App uses

권한은 해당 기능에 필요한 범위에서만 요청합니다. 허용하지 않아도 관련 기능을 제외한 나머지는 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱은 기기 전체의 음악을 읽지 않고, 이용자가 직접 고른 파일만 가져옵니다. Permissions are requested only as far as a feature needs them. If you decline, everything else still works. The App never reads all the music on your device; it only imports files you choose.

7. 제3자 제공과 국외 이전Third parties and international transfers

개발사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 아래 사업자 외에는 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. We do not sell your personal information and share it with no one other than the providers below.

8. 보유 기간과 삭제Retention and deletion

• 기기 내 정보 — 앱을 사용하는 동안 기기에 보관되며, 앱에서 음원을 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.On-device data — kept while you use the App; removed when you delete an audio in the App or uninstall the App.

9. 이용자의 권리와 선택Your rights and choices

「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령에 따라 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱은 계정을 만들지 않으므로 개발사가 보유한 이용자 정보는 없으나, 광고 파트너가 처리하는 정보에 대한 요청은 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시면 절차를 안내해 드립니다. Under applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. Because the App creates no accounts we hold no user data, but if you contact us about data processed by our ad partners we will explain how to make a request.

10. 아동·청소년의 개인정보Children's privacy

앱은 중·고등학생의 영어 듣기 학습을 돕기 위한 앱이며, 회원가입이 없고 이름·연락처 등 이용자를 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 사실을 확인한 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 보호자께서 이러한 사실을 알게 된 경우 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요. The App helps middle and high school students practice English listening. It has no sign-up and collects no information that identifies the user, such as name or contact details. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 and will delete it promptly if we learn of it. Parents or guardians who become aware of such collection may contact us below.

11. 보안Security

• 음원, 스크립트, 설정은 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없는 앱 전용 저장 영역에 보관합니다.Audio, scripts, and settings are kept in app-private storage that other apps cannot read.
• 광고와 모델 내려받기 등 외부 통신은 암호화된 HTTPS를 사용합니다. QR 음원은 QR에 적힌 주소의 방식을 따릅니다.External requests such as ads and model downloads use encrypted HTTPS. QR audio uses whatever scheme the QR address specifies.
• 개발사는 이용자 정보를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않으므로, 서버 유출로 인한 노출 위험이 없습니다.We operate no server that stores user data, so there is no risk of exposure through a breach of our systems.
